With four bedrooms, everyone can enjoy their own privacy, while the upstairs office offers an inspiring workspace for working remotely, with an enchanting view.

Please note regarding access: The parking area is on a downhill slope. The first parking level is more easily accessible, while the lowest level must be accessed with a 4x4 vehicle. During the winter season, we strongly recommend using appropriate winter tires to ensure a safe and worry-free arrival.

* By staying at Seigneurie des Éboulements, enjoy privileged access to a beautiful 8 km hiking trail (round trip), featuring lovely elevation gains and spectacular viewpoints. At the end of the trail, beautiful discoveries await: the Musée maritime de Charlevoix, the famous Papeterie Saint-Gilles, as well as breathtaking views of Île aux Coudres and the ferry. A memorable and rewarding hike you can be proud of!
* At the entrance to Seigneurie des Éboulements, you’ll find a children’s park with several play structures and a relaxing area for parents with Adirondack chairs and picnic tables. A great stop to include during your visit! Children can have fun while adults enjoy a relaxing moment in an enchanting setting with, of course, views of the river and mountains.
* Snowmobile trails are accessible directly from the Käbane.
* Saint-Jean-Baptiste Street, Baie-Saint-Paul: Local artists, charming boutiques, and excellent restaurants in the heart of downtown.
